Miracle Treat Day 2012

Sioux City, IA— 2012 Miracle Treat Day is coming July 26th.
Employees from the Siouxland Dairy Queen stores raised over $3,000 in 2011 for St. Luke's Regional Medical Center, which is the Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) affiliated hospital in Sioux City, IA.
This amount was part of a total contribution of more than $5 million donated by the entire Dairy Queen system to more than 170 CMN affiliated hospitals throughout North America.

“We encourage all of our customers to visit our DQ locations on July 26th, order a Blizzard Treat or two and help children’s healthcare,” says Kelsey Montange, Siouxland DQ representative.

Children’s Miracle Network is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping children by raising funds and awareness for more than 170 children’s hospitals throughout North America. Each year, these non-profit hospitals treat 17 million children afflicted with diseases, injuries and birth defects of every kind. The Dairy Queen system has been a national sponsor of CMN since 1984, raising more than $86 million during that time.
